Calendar

Hello Llama Lovers,

I am trying to get all the information out as early as possible so that you can mark your calendars and let me know if you & your child will be participating in any of the upcoming events.

Remember showing isn't mandatory, but it's fun! We have a great time! You can do one show, all the shows, or none of the shows! I will send over show booklets as I receive those, remember it's your responsibility to complete the forms and return them to me in plenty of time to be received by the show staff prior to the scheduled deadlines.

Show list for Fall

Please let me know if you or your spouse will be able to attend.

Home Game Schedule:

September 12, September 26 (I realize there is a conflict for us, if we can't cover both then I will pass it off to Civil Air Patrol for coverage!), October 3, November 7, November 14, and November 21.

Anyone over 16 years of age can help with concession stand duty. These tend to be ALL day affairs. We arrive about 3 hours ahead of the games to inventory, clean, start warming food, stock and get set up. Then afterwards we clean and inventory. Those working the concession stand must wear khaki colored pants or shorts, white shirt, UGA hat (or hair net), and closed toed shoes. Please don't wear anything you mind to get dirty, remember food and cleaning.
